A mother’s gratitude, a daughter’s healing
Eight-year-old Sandrine’s journey began with a fall at school. The infection that followed nearly took her sight and her ability to eat.
From Musenyi her mother brought her to a health center for pain medication. Relief was temporary. Months later she arrived at Nyamata Hospital unable to see from her right eye or open her mouth.
Dr. Lee and the HHOA team treated the infection. Within days she could see and eat again. Without this clinic she may have lost her front teeth — or her life.
“May God bless HHOA and all the supporters who make this care possible. You are giving life and hope to children like my daughter.”
